Join Erin for a playful and empowering handstand workshop designed to build strength, confidence, and serious upside-down skills—no matter where you’re starting from.
Expect energising warm-ups, shoulder and core strength drills, alignment tips, and all the tricks for falling safely (because it will happen—and it’s part of the fun). With wall work, partner play, and step-by-step progressions, you’ll learn how to kick up, hold steady, and come down with control.
Whether it’s your first handstand or your fiftieth, this workshop will give you tools to grow your practice boldly—and have a good laugh along the way.
Seasonal Unwind
Journey with Jo towards inner calm in a special session to rebalance body and mind this festive season. She will guide you through an extended yin practice, working with the wood element (as outlined by Traditional Chinese Medicine) to release strong emotions and strengthen personal boundaries. Our yin practice will follow the organ meridians essential to the body’s immune function before we move into a delicious yoga nidra to deliver you into deep, deep rest.

Each session weaves together a variety of therapeutic instruments – including crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan & Nepalese singing bowls and voice – to create a full‑spectrum soundscape that supports healing and balance.

- Layered sounds and vibrations that gently shift you into a deeply relaxed state

The Grounding
Nurture yourself ahead of the festive season with 90 minutes of nourishing yin and restorative yoga, followed by yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and calming tea. Jo will be working with the earth element – understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine as the energy of self-care and coming home to the body. She will guide you through a series of ground-based poses designed to support the digestive and immune functions, both of which are essential at this time of year. Yin and restorative yoga can also increase energy levels and create inner calm, setting you up for the coming month.

A deeply restorative experience designed to nourish your body and mind through movement, stillness, and gentle energy work. This intimate two-hour session blends restorative yoga with the ancient practice of auriculotherapy, offering a profound opportunity for release and renewal.
Kate will guide you through a grounding and meditative yoga sequence, focusing on long-held, supportive postures to unwind tension and encourage deep relaxation. As you transition into an extended savasana, Gem will apply delicate gold or silver ear seeds to key acupressure points, subtly stimulating the body’s energy pathways to promote balance, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Following this deeply restful experience, we’ll share tea and an energy ball, offering space for reflection and integration. You’ll also take home your ear seeds, allowing you to continue feeling the benefits beyond the session.

Animal Flow
Join Lauren again for another one of these incredible sessions. Animal Flow is a unique workout system that draws inspiration from the natural movement patterns of animals and integrates elements of yoga, parkour, and breakdancing to create a full-body workout that enhances mobility, strength and flexibility. By mimicking the primal movements of various animals, flowists will engage their muscles in ways that traditional exercises often overlook, leading to improved functional fitness and also fostering a deeper understanding of how our bodies are designed to move.
Falling (Y)inward
Lean in to the change of season with this two hour Yin practice.
As we shift from Summer to Autumn, Zoe will guide you through long, passive holds, targeting deep fascia release and aiding chi (energy) flow which can become stagnant in times of change.

Air Mandala
Rhi will guide you through a creative circular vinyasa flow inspired by the element of AIR, connected to our Heart Chakra (Anahata) our place of compassion and love.
Mandala is a playful practice that flows 360 degrees around the mat to an empowering soundtrack with a focus on fluidity rather than alignment.
There will be a chance to practice inversions between mandalas and an opportunity at the end to explore deeper poses.

Mens Monthly
Welcome to our mens monthly session, where we blend strength, mobility, and mindfulness. In this 90-minute journey, we'll delve into 45 minutes of dynamic movement practice, inspired by yoga asana poses that build physical resilience and mental focus. From strong warrior sequences to grounding balances, we'll explore the power of the body in motion.
After igniting our physical fire, we'll transition into 45 minutes of breath work, tapping into the ancient wisdom of pranayama. Through controlled breathing techniques, we'll cultivate inner calmness, enhance concentration, and harness the energy within.
This session is designed to challenge and empower men of all levels, fostering a supportive environment where each participant can explore their unique journey of self-discovery and transformation. So, roll out your mat, breathe deeply, and let's embark on this path of strength, balance, and inner peace together.
