Through gentle, supported movement, she guides them in learning to trust physical sensation and feel safe in their bodies.

Vina.
Vina is a holistic Energy & Sound Healer. She became a healer many years ago and gave up her day job to pursue her journey full time.
Her passion for healing began way back in 2005, when she became very sick. The journey led her through learning so much about herself, her mind and body connection and how to heal it. She realised she had became the author of her own life and the joy derived from that brought more and more fulfilment and inner joy.
Although she has been an energy healer for many years, her passion for sound healing and sharing with larger groups began in August 2021, and as a musician exploring this field, she has found it very engaging and therapeutic for her own wellbeing.
Vina is always seeking to expand and bring sound healing to other, other places, as she believe this is a very relaxing and nurturing modality of healing. It also brings a deeper connection to our soul without even trying. It has truly been an inner journey of evolution for Vina and loves sharing this with others.
Vina combines sound healing, with Reiki and/or crystals, tuning forks, dowsing crystals, has certainly become a powerful and popular modality of healing.

A believer in cyclical and seasonal living, Sam looks to the natural world for inspiration for her classes, as well as listening to the cyclical nature of the feminine body. She offers a range of class styles including vinyasa flow, womb yoga, restorative, and yoga nidra (a profound and incredibly nurturing practice of guided meditation).

James.
James is a 200 hour accredited hatha yoga teacher (and qualified doctor). With over 1000 hours of taught classes, he teaches to a full range of ages, body types, and levels of yoga experience.
Yoga isn't just something you do, it's a way of approaching life. The more we can quieten our thoughts and listen closely to our bodies during practice - the more attentive we are to feeling, change and balance - the better able we are to consciously choose how we respond to (and learn from) whatever life throws at us.
It doesn't matter if you think "but I'm not flexible / strong enough". I'm a firm believer that it isn't about what the poses look like, it's about what we feel getting in to them or whilst holding them; so if you're a bit stiff, you're probably feeling more.
Challenge limiting beliefs, build strength, learn new skills, improve mobility and flexibility, still the mind, and connect with your inner body awareness. Leave feeling energised & centred.
