Our Half-day Retreats (1pm–6pm) are beautifully themed to align with the season and offer a taste of the incredible practices we share at Heist House Studios. Often featuring our resident & sometimes guest teachers, these retreats give you the chance to experience the range of classes and modalities we offer throughout the year.

March 15th - Threshold: Crossing into growth

  • Threshold - A Spring Half Day Retreat

    As winter loosens its grip and the promise of spring begins to stir, we gather at the threshold.

    Threshold is a half day retreat designed to honour transition, the quiet space between what has been and what is ready to emerge.

    Rather than rushing into renewal, this immersion invites you to pause. To listen. To cross into the new season with steadiness and intention.

    Through intelligently sequenced movement, breath-led flow and grounding strength work, we’ll build warmth from within. Extended restorative stillness and guided reflection will create space for integration, allowing clarity to surface naturally.

    Expect:
    • Grounded, progressive movement to awaken the body
    • Breathwork to regulate and energise
    • Deep rest to integrate and recalibrate
    • Seasonal reflection and intention-setting

    You’ll leave feeling clear, centred and quietly ready, rooted in yourself as you step forward into spring.

    This is not about becoming someone new.
    It’s about crossing the threshold as you are, with awareness.

June 28th - Radiant: Embodying expansion

  • Radiant - A Summer Half Day Retreat

    At the height of summer, energy expands. Light lingers. The body longs to move, express and open.

    Radiant is a half day retreat designed to harness that vitality, without tipping into overwhelm.

    This immersive morning explores strength, spaciousness and embodied confidence. Through dynamic, breath-led movement, heart-opening sequences and intentional stillness, we cultivate an inner brightness that feels grounded rather than scattered.

    Expect:
    • Fluid, intelligently layered vinyasa to build heat and momentum
    • Strength-based work to support stability and resilience
    • Energising breath practices
    • Integrative rest and guided reflection

    Radiance is not performative.
    It is the steady glow that comes from alignment, from feeling strong, open and fully present in your body.

    You’ll leave energised, uplifted and deeply connected to your own inner light.

December 6th - Stillpoint: Returning to centre

  • Stillpoint - A Winter Half Day Retreat

    As the year draws inward and the external world grows quieter, we turn toward stillness.

    Stillpoint is a half day retreat devoted to deep rest, integration and gentle closure.

    In the midst of winter’s darkness there is a centre,  a place of calm beneath movement, a steady point beneath the noise. This is the stillpoint.

    Through slow, grounding movement, extended restorative postures, nervous system-regulating breathwork and immersive rest, we create space to soften fully. Guided reflection will support you in acknowledging the year that has passed and anchoring into what truly matters.

    Expect:
    • Slow, supported movement to release accumulated tension
    • Deep restorative practices
    • Breathwork to settle and soothe the nervous system
    • Spacious integration and reflection

    You’ll leave feeling steady, clear and quietly restored, centred in yourself as you move into the closing weeks of the year.
