Nurture yourself ahead of the festive season with 90 minutes of nourishing yin and restorative yoga, followed by yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and calming tea. Jo will be working with the earth element – understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine as the energy of self-care and coming home to the body. She will guide you through a series of ground-based poses designed to support the digestive and immune functions, both of which are essential at this time of year. Yin and restorative yoga can also increase energy levels and create inner calm, setting you up for the coming month.
