FAQs

  • What style of yoga can I expect?

Our classes are for all abilities, focused on helping you develop your own practice and understanding of your body. Our yoga is hatha and vinyasa inspired, designed to build strength, mobility and good body alignment as well as definition. Once these three components come together, the flexibility will come easy.

  • I have never done yoga, can I still come?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels and our teachers guide you through softer options when starting your journey with yoga. They will help you build your practice over time - yoga is a lifetime personal practice for the self and everyone is built differently with different needs... the beauty of our classes is that they are truly for everyone and there are no egos in our studio.

  • What should I bring?

Yourself in clothes that allow you to move freely - leggings or shorts and a light sports top are good options. We provide mats, blocks, straps and lovely fluffies to relax on for the savasana but you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Come to the class well hydrated and also bring a bottle of water but don' worry if you forget it, we have some you can buy at the studio and good old tap water too!

  • How to contact us.

Please drop us a dm on Instagram or email hello@heisthousestudios.co.uk if you have any questions or need help with anything.

  • What are the benefits?

Yoga offers numerous benefits for both body and mind. It provides a comprehensive workout that enhances mobility, strength, and flexibility, making it ideal even for those with injuries. Regular practice helps relieve tension, boosts energy levels, and improves digestive health.

Additionally, yoga aids in creating muscle definition and sculpting the body, while promoting better breathing techniques for overall well-being.

  • Can I bring a friend?

Yes, there is the option to book a drop-in and bring a friend to give them a taster session. We'd love you to help build our community at Heist House Studios and are super-grateful for your support. Although we do have a limit of one free friend a month.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

Please note there will be a FULL charge for all classes that are booked and not attended.

You must cancel your booking 4 hours (minimum) before the start of classes. If classes are cancelled with less then 4 hours you will also be charged the full amount.

Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of that class.
