Our Mini Retreats (1pm–7pm) are beautifully themed to align with the season and offer a taste of the incredible practices we share at Heist House Studios. Often featuring our resident & sometimes guest teachers, these retreats give you the chance to experience the range of classes and modalities we offer throughout the year.

June 22nd Slow Daze

As the sun lingers in the sky and the air hums with warmth, the pulse of summer invites us to soften, slow down, and savour the moment.
Slow Daze is a gentle invitation to melt into the golden spaciousness of the solstice—a time to awaken the heart, expand into presence, and rest in the beauty of simply being.
This half-day retreat offers a nourishing blend of stillness and movement, warmth and coolness, rest and expansion. It’s a perfect midsummer pause—a moment to ground, reset, and realign with nature’s rhythm amidst the fullness of the season.
Through breath, cold water, movement, and sound, we’ll explore a return to inner balance. Our practices will centre around the Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras, tapping into the energies of love, joy, and courage. Expect to feel more open, more connected, and deeply in tune with yourself and the world around you.
Retreat Schedule:
1.00pm – Arrivals & Settle In
 1.20pm – Opening Circle with Rhi 
1.35pm – Breathwork with Adam 
2.15pm – Cold Water Therapy with Adam 
3.45pm – Mandala to Yin Yoga with Rhi 
5.30pm – Sound Healing with Vina 
6.30pm – Closing & Farewell
What to Bring
* A swimsuit and towel for cold water therapy
* A change of warm, comfy clothes for after the ice bath
* A water bottle to stay hydrated
* A journal if you enjoy reflecting between practices
All yoga mats, bolsters, and props will be provided. We’ll also have snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
