Join Jo for a post-festive-season system reset. Immerse yourself in deep rest as you journey through 90 minutes of yin and restorative yoga, followed by yoga nidra and refreshing tea. Jo will be working with the body’s water element, understood in traditional Chinese Medicine to be our deepest resource of recovery and resilience. She will guide you through a series of ground-based poses designed to work with the deeper layers of the body, gently encouraging greater mobility and flexibility, all while facilitating the rest essential to nervous system regulation and restoring a sense of inner balance.
