Sound Journey

Join us for a 90‑minute sound and vibration journey designed to bring deep restoration to body and mind. Each session weaves together a variety of therapeutic instruments – including crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan & Nepalese singing bowls and voice – to create a full‑spectrum soundscape that supports healing and balance.

This class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and breath control. helping to release tension in the body while creating more space in the mind. Whether you're carrying physical tightness or mental stress, this is your time to reset, unwind, and reconnect.
No egos, no pressure — just a welcoming, down-to-earth space to explore movement and breath in a way that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
Expect guided mobility drills, deep stretches, and breath-led techniques that leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more focused.

Men's Monthly

Our men’s only monthly session, where we blend strength, mobility, and mindfulness. In this 90-minute session, we'll delve into 45 minutes of dynamic movement practice, inspired by yoga asana poses that build physical resilience and mental focus. From strong warrior sequences to grounding balances, we'll explore the power of the body in motion. Mixed with a breath work all about giving you practice you can take and use in your day-to-day.Also just about meeting like minded people.

Nidra
First Saturday of the month 19.30 - 20.30 | with Sam
In this class, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep.” Lying down in comfort, you’ll be taken through a meditation that systematically relaxes the body and calms the mind.
This deeply restorative practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance to your nervous system, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed, all without ever needing to leave your mat.

Monthly Unwind
Second Friday of the month 19:00 - 20:30 | with Jo
Join Jo for an extended session designed to help you de-stress, fully unwind, regulate your system and restore balance. These sessions harness the power of the mind-body connection to help you target and release both mental and emotional tension.
We’ll ease into the body with yin and restorative yoga, working with our deeper physical layers to encourage greater flexibility, mobility, stability and sensory awareness – helping you to move better and feel better.

Seasonal Women's Circle
One Saturday of the month 17:30 - 19.00 | with Sam
Join us for this series of women’s yoga circles at Heist. Each circle will sit near a festival from the celtic wheel of the year - a solar annual calendar which celebrates the changing seasons, including the equinoxes and solstices. They are rooted in the ancient festivals of these lands, when people followed nature-based spirituality and lived in deep relationship with the land. We’ll explore the symbolism of each of these turning points in the year, associated goddesses, and how they can relate to the cycles and seasons within our lives as women.
Each session will weave together feminine embodiment techniques from yoga therapy, time for reflection and sharing in circle, themed yoga nidra meditations, and nourishing cacao or herbal tea.
Sitting in circle and connecting with other women from our community can be deeply healing and comforting as we navigate the flow of life. All women of any age or stage of life are welcome - all practices are suitable for pre and post natal.
