Our Mini Retreats (1pm–7pm) are beautifully themed to align with the season and offer a taste of the incredible practices we share at Heist House Studios.

Often featuring our resident & sometimes guest teachers, these retreats give you the chance to experience the range of classes and modalities we offer throughout the year.
