Journey with Jo towards inner calm in a special session to rebalance body and mind this festive season. She will guide you through an extended yin practice, working with the wood element (as outlined by Traditional Chinese Medicine) to release strong emotions and strengthen personal boundaries. Our yin practice will follow the organ meridians essential to the body’s immune function before we move into a delicious yoga nidra to deliver you into deep, deep rest.
