Join Lauren again for another one of these incredible sessions. Animal Flow is a unique workout system that draws inspiration from the natural movement patterns of animals and integrates elements of yoga, parkour, and breakdancing to create a full-body workout that enhances mobility, strength and flexibility. By mimicking the primal movements of various animals, flowists will engage their muscles in ways that traditional exercises often overlook, leading to improved functional fitness and also fostering a deeper understanding of how our bodies are designed to move.
