October 2026

Step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural world. Inspired by the magic of our 2025 retreat in Cornwall, our October retreat will bring a new and special setting where nature, movement, and mindfulness meet.

Designed to help you slow down and reconnect, this retreat invites you to embrace the rhythm of the season as autumn unfolds. Crisp mornings, golden light, and the quiet wisdom of the landscape create the perfect backdrop for rest, reflection, and renewal. Surrounded by nature and supported by a like-minded community, you’ll have space to breathe deeply, move freely, and return to yourself.

Join Kate, Charlie, Lexi and Adam for a transformative retreat designed to restore, energise, and inspire. Through a carefully curated programme of dynamic yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and deep-dive workshops, you’ll experience both movement and stillness in equal measure. Whether you're seeking restoration, exploration, or simply time to pause, this retreat meets you exactly where you are.

From just £298 per night, your stay includes beautiful accommodation, nourishing seasonal meals prepared by our private chef Lex, and a full programme of practices, workshops, and experiences guided by expert practitioners.
