Flow, breathe and move with intention at Heist House Studios.

Vinyasa Yoga (Flow) in Warwick

Vinyasa means to place in a special way. It’s a dynamic, breath-led style of yoga that builds heat, strength, and a steady presence through thoughtfully linked postures.
Every class is different - creative, energising, and deeply grounding. You’ll move through standing poses, balances, and gentle releases, guided by our experienced teachers who bring warmth, humour, and care to every session
