Soul & Soil at 42 Acres

30th October - 2nd November

3 Nights | 42 Acres

Soul & Soil: A Rooted Refuge

Step into a landscape designed for restoration, where rolling countryside, ancient woodland, and open skies create space to slow down and return to yourself.

Set within 173 acres of regenerative land in Somerset, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the natural world around you. Here, life moves in rhythm with the earth. Mornings begin gently, days unfold with intention, and evenings soften into stillness.

Rooted in the connection between inner and outer landscapes, Soul & Soil is an invitation to experience both. To tend to the subtle, unseen layers of the self, while being held and grounded by the land beneath your feet. Through movement, breathwork, sound, and deep rest, you’ll be guided back into balance, supported by nature, and by a carefully held space of permission.

Throughout your stay, you’ll be immersed in a living ecosystem, home to abundant wildlife including beavers, otters, and white storks, and nourished by seasonal, directly from the gardens or sourced hyper-locally, food designed to restore from the inside out.

Join Kate, Charlie, Lexi and Adam for a deeply restorative and expansive retreat experience. Whether you’re seeking space to rest, to move, or to reconnect more fully with yourself, this is a place to arrive exactly as you are, and leave feeling rooted, nourished, and renewed.

From only £500 per night, your stay includes thoughtfully designed accommodation, daily meals, and a fully curated programme of practices, workshops, and nature-based experiences.
