Mini Retreats at Heist House
Our Mini Retreats (1pm–7pm) are beautifully themed to align with the season and offer a taste of the incredible practices we share at Heist House. Often featuring our resident teachers, these retreats give you the chance to experience the range of classes and therapies we offer throughout the year.

Spring is stirring. The days are growing lighter, and with them comes a sense of renewal—like a spark igniting, a bud beginning to bloom, a softness unfolding.
That gentle invitation to step into something new, to take the reflections of winter and begin planting them with intention.
Join us for The Unfolding, a day retreat designed to help you soften into change with openness, steadiness, and trust. A space to nurture the seeds of love and possibility as you welcome the next chapter with ease.
Retreat Schedule:
- 13.00 - 13.30: Arrival
- 13.30 - 13.45: Opening Kate
- 14.00 - 14.45: Breathwork - Adam
- 14.45 - 16.30: Cold Water Therapy - Adam
- 16.30 - 18.00: Yoga with Adjustments Co-teach - Kate & Charlie
- 18.15 - 19.15: Crystal Sound Healing Session - Vina
- 19.15: Closing and Farewell
Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and have a water bottle on hand to stay hydrated throughout the retreat. We look forward to guiding you on this journey of relaxation and rejuvenation.
