Meet Heist House Studios - Your Yoga & Wellness Home in the Heart of Warwick

So many of you ask what Heist House Studios is really about. So, step inside with us: the classes that meet you where you are, the people who make it feel like home, and the feeling we want you to carry back onto Warwick High Street - calmer, clearer and more you. When we opened Heist House Studios, the aim was simple - to create the kind of yoga space we craved ourselves - warm, grounded, unpretentious, and genuinely human.

If you’ve been looking for yoga in Warwick, or simply a place to exhale, you might have already found us. Step off Warwick High Street and everything softens: shoes off, shoulders down, the scent of incense or fresh air and the breath arrives.

Heist House Studios began as a simple idea from Kate - to create a calm, people-first space for yoga in Warwick that feels like home. Heist House Studios opened on Warwick High Street in the old Barclays Bank (now Nashwhite) a familiar local landmark now turned into a hair salon, coffee shop and, welcoming studio. We stand for inclusivity, thoughtful teaching, and community over perfection. What makes us different from other studios is the way we meet you where you are - small classes, warm guidance, and practices that last beyond the mat. It’s a studio built for real life, real connection, right in the heart of town.

Heist House Studios is our antidote to the rush, an independent, people-first space to move, breathe and reconnect, whether you’re unrolling a mat for the first time or refining a long-term practice. The classes are small, the teachers are warm, and the aim is simple: yoga that supports your real life.

Our teachers, including Kate, Jo, Adam and more bring years of experience across Vinyasa, Yin, Breathework and Sound. Each brings their own warmth, depth and gentle humour.

We’re a short walk from Priory Road Car Park, minutes from Leamington Spa and Kenilworth in the car, and easy via Warwick and Warwick Parkway station.

A Yoga Studio Designed for Real Life

Some days you need rhythm and fire; others, space and stillness. Our schedule reflects that. Expect Flow (Vinyasa) when you want breath-led movement that builds heat and focus; Slow Flow when you want the same intelligence at a steadier pace; Yin for nourishing, floor-based holds; Restorative when your nervous system needs true rest. When play calls, Rocket offers Ashtanga-inspired sequences with options for arm balances and backbends (always offered, never forced). And because transformation isn’t only physical, Breathwork, Sound, Manifesting, and more pair guided patterns with immersive sound to release stress and create clarity.

In a nutshell (so you can pick your vibe):

  • Flow (Vinyasa): dynamic, breath-led, music-supported; builds strength & mobility.

  • Slow Flow: spacious, mindful movement with time to feel alignment.

  • Yin: long, supported floor holds for fascia, hips, and deep calm.

  • Restorative: prop-supported rest to soothe the nervous system.

  • Rocket: playful, confidence-building options for balances and backbends.

  • Beginners: foundations, breath, alignment — zero experience needed.

  • Breathwork & Sound: guided breath + soundscapes for clarity and reset.

New here? Start with Beginners or Slow Flow; add Yin for recovery.

What a Class Feels Like

Flow (Vinyasa) & Slow Flow

You arrive a few minutes early; mats and props are already set - no fuss, no guesswork. The music tells you where you’re headed: soft and spacious for Slow Flow, a little brighter for Flow and Rocket.

In Flow, breath links every transition until movement feels like one long exhale, the heartbeat of our yoga classes in Warwick.

In Slow Flow, time stretches so you can hear subtler cues. Shoulders soften, feet root, mind clears. It’s just right for beginners yoga in Warwick or anyone easing back in.

Yin & Restorative

When the day asks for depth, Yin takes you to the floor. With bolsters and blocks, you meet sensation slowly, then soften into it; hips and fascia unwind in ways that linger long after class, thoughtful Yin yoga in Warwickshire.

On the days your system needs true quiet, Restorative becomes a love letter to your nerves. Long, supported shapes and almost-silence invite real rest - the kind you can feel in your jaw and your breath.

Rocket

When you’re ready to play, Rocket might be the one for you. Options for balances and backbends are offered (never forced), so challenge feels inviting rather than loud. You leave energised, not overwhelmed.

Breathwork & Sound Healing in Warwickshire

Not every shift comes from movement. In Breathwork & Sound, guided patterns untangle the mental tabs while immersive, sound-bath tones wash through - our take on breathework in Warwick. The finish is deeply settling; it feels like you can hear yourself again.

After Class

Every class closes with stillness, the kind that stays with you when you walk back onto the High Street. You roll up your mat lighter, posture a touch taller, head quieter. Stepping back onto the High Street, everything looks brighter, grounded, refreshed, and just a little bit more zen, carrying your practice into whatever comes next.

The Why Behind Our Yoga

For us, yoga isn’t about perfect poses, it’s about feeling at home in your body again. We do yoga here to build calm that lasts beyond the mat, to create strength that shows up in everyday life, and to give you a safe place to breathe when the world feels loud. This is more than exercise: it’s nervous-system care, honest community, and the gentle discipline of showing up for yourself.

Whether you’re new to yoga in Warwick or deepening a long-term practice, our classes are designed to help you leave steadier, kinder to yourself, and a little more you.

Beyond the Mat: Retreats, Workshops & Community

Practice is bigger than sixty minutes. Our day retreats and weekend getaways give you real time, extended practices, nourishing food, fresh air, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you slow down. Workshops dive deeper into what you ask for - breathwork and sound healing, alignment-focused Flow intensives, recovery-led Yin sequences. And because yoga is also for people, we host socials, classes, and pop-ups with local partners.
