Join Jo for an extended session designed to help you de-stress, fully unwind, regulate your system and restore balance. These sessions harness the power of the mind-body connection to help you target and release both mental and emotional tension.
We’ll ease into the body with yin and restorative yoga, working with our deeper physical layers to encourage greater flexibility, mobility, stability and sensory awareness – helping you to move better and feel better.
We’ll then journey into a yoga nidra to relax the mind and encourage a greater sense of focus. Yoga nidra, also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest, is an evidence-based practice that’s deeply regenerative for the brain and the body.
