Fly Higher
Sun 27th Sept 12:00 - 14:00 | with Lauren £35 Regular | £30 Member

Exploring creative and playful ways to find alignment and balance upside down, using props and drills to support you finding stability in inversions.
Learn to glide through your practice with lightness as we explore how we can utilise our unique strengths to find lift off!
This workshop is accessible for all levels, whether you're working to find a headstand or crow or you're wanting to work on more challenging progressions such as side crow to headstand, one legged bakanasa and handstand press.
Using efficient alignment principles and exploratory body awareness we will build our arm balances from the ground up. We will delve deeper into positions like crow, side crow (to fallen angel), Eka Pada (to chin), eight angle pose, pendant pose and flying pigeon.
As the practice grows we can start to take these arm balances with us along the way, honing in on the ever important transitions between postures as we float and fly with grace.
An opportunity to have fun with our practice and work into poses we often tell ourselves we can't do!
Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a unique workout system that draws inspiration from the natural movement patterns of animals and integrates elements of yoga, parkour, and breakdancing to create a full-body workout that enhances mobility, strength and flexibility. By mimicking the primal movements of various animals, flowists will engage their muscles in ways that traditional exercises often overlook, leading to improved functional fitness and also fostering a deeper understanding of how our bodies are designed to move.

Sat 17th May | Sat 15th Nov 12.30 - 14.30 | with Lauren £35 Regular | £30 Member
-
In this workshop, we will look at what is needed physically to move into back bending postures and work on lengthening the front body. We will explore the roles hips and shoulders play in back bending and when strength may be needed.
We will explore backbends in a variety of ways, from more restorative positions to more active postures and finish with time to rest. In particular focussing on:
Camel and camel drop back
Full Bow & Pigeon backbend
Exploring dropping back
Exploring Kapotasana
Some experience of yoga is useful (this workshop is not suitable for complete beginners) but there is no expectation or requirement to be able to move into any specific postures to attend.
We will explore how to "strengthen to lengthen" understanding how to build flexibility safely we need to have the strength and stability to do so. We will introduce a variety of drills and use props to help you find new levels of flexibility and length. Building core principles to accelerate your journey to poses such as Front Splits, Side Plank Splits, Firefly, King Dancer, and Full Lotus.
Soothe & Seed
Sat 7th June 14:00 - 16:00 | with Kate & Gemma Marie £45 Regular | £40 Member

A deeply restorative experience designed to nourish your body and mind through movement, stillness, and gentle energy work. This intimate two-hour session blends restorative yoga with the ancient practice of auriculotherapy, offering a profound opportunity for release and renewal.
Kate will guide you through a grounding and meditative yoga sequence, focusing on long-held, supportive postures to unwind tension and encourage deep relaxation. As you transition into an extended savasana, Gem will apply delicate gold or silver ear seeds to key acupressure points, subtly stimulating the body’s energy pathways to promote balance, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Following this deeply restful experience, we’ll share tea and an energy ball, offering space for reflection and integration. You’ll also take home your ear seeds, allowing you to continue feeling the benefits beyond the session.
This practice is designed for anyone seeking a moment of stillness and self-care, providing a gentle yet potent alternative to acupuncture that fosters deep healing and relaxation. With only 10-15 spaces available, Soothe & Seed is a rare opportunity to pause, reset, and restore.
