Sound Journey (Gong or crystal bowls)

Our sound baths take you on a sound & vibration journey for an hour and a half of rejuvenation and healing. Sound & vibration has long been used for healing & wellbeing in the Far East for centuries. It has great healing benefits to the body, mind and spirit.
We are alternating our sessions, every even number will be a crystal bowl healing sessions and the odd months will be a gong sound journey. These session are likely to also include a range of Tibetan/Nepalese Singing bowls, Sansula, bells and voice to create the full beautiful sound experience.

Our men’s only monthly session, where we blend strength, mobility, and mindfulness. In this 90-minute session, we'll delve into 45 minutes of dynamic movement practice, inspired by yoga asana poses that build physical resilience and mental focus. From strong warrior sequences to grounding balances, we'll explore the power of the body in motion. Mixed with a breath work all about giving you practice you can take and use in your day-to-day.Also just about meeting like minded people.

Flow to Slow Saturday's
First Saturday of the month 19.30 - 20.45 | with Sam
Unwind and reconnect with your body and mind in this 75-minute Flow to Slow session, designed to gently guide you from movement into stillness.
We begin with a slow flow yoga practice, moving mindfully through gentle postures that build warmth, release tension, and promote a deep sense of relaxation. As the pace softens, your body prepares to transition into a restorative state of rest.
The session ends with a guided Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep." This deeply restful practice invites you to lie comfortably and be guided through a meditation that systematically relaxes your body and quiets your mind. Yoga Nidra helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed—without ever needing to leave your mat.
No experience is necessary—just bring yourself, and an open mind.

Ashtanga Elements
First Sunday of the month 11.00 - 12.30 | with Charlie
This dynamic and grounding 90-minute class blends the discipline of Ashtanga yoga with mindful breathwork and deep relaxation. We begin with pranayama (breath control) to center the mind and awaken inner energy, preparing the body for movement. The asana practice follows a structured, flowing sequence inspired by Ashtanga’s foundational postures, building strength, flexibility, and focus through rhythmic breath (Ujjayi) and mindful transitions.
The class concludes with an extended savasana, allowing for complete restoration. This guided deep relaxation integrates the benefits of the practice, promoting a profound sense of peace and balance.
